  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)
  • Baguette - 2 small
  • Cucumber - 1, thinly sliced
  • Pickled carrots - 50 grams
  • Vegan mayo - 2 tablespoons
  • Sriracha - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the grated cauliflower, chickpea flour, rice flour, minced garlic, chopped green onions, cilantro, salt, black pepper, and chili powder. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  2. Form the mixture into two patties, pressing them firmly to hold their shape.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  4. While the patties are cooking, prepare the baguettes by slicing them open and spreading vegan mayo on both sides.
