Steps
- Prepare the pickled carrots and daikon by mixing equal parts of vinegar, sugar, and water, and letting them sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook the kosher chicken breast by boiling or grilling it until fully cooked, then shred it into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the shredded chicken with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise, leaving one side attached to create a hinge.
- Spread kosher mayonnaise generously on both sides of the baguette.
