  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cassava flour, desiccated coconut, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, honey, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.
  5. Grease a small baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
