Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add coconut milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. If using, fold in the chopped walnuts for added texture.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
