- Almond flour - 50 grams
- Chicken broth - 500 ml
- Coconut milk - 100 ml
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced

- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Red chili - 1, sliced (optional)

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine tapioca flour and almond flour. Gradually add 100 ml of water until a dough forms. Knead for a few minutes, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll the dough into thin ropes and cut them into bite-sized pieces to form the 'noodles'. Set aside.
- In a large pot, heat a splash of oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped shallots, sautéing until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add the crab meat, coconut milk, fish sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Gently add the prepared 'noodles' to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes until they float and are cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions, cilantro, and sliced red chili if desired.
