Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mung bean flour, sugar, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the coconut milk, water, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth and lump-free.
- Grease a baking dish (approximately 20 cm x 20 cm) with a little oil.
