  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mung bean flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the coconut milk, water, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth and lump-free.
  5. Grease a baking dish (approximately 20 cm x 20 cm) with a little oil.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the batter.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the surface is set and lightly golden.
