Steps

  3. In a non-stick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the skillet, spreading it evenly.
  5. Crack the egg over the batter and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until the edges are crispy and the bottom is golden.
  6. Carefully flip the bánh and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the second side is golden.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more oil as needed.
