  • Shredded coconut - 30 grams
  • Chopped green onions - 2 tablespoons
  • Chili sauce - for serving

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, tapioca starch, salt, and sugar.
  3. Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, whisking until you get a smooth batter.
  4. Grease a baking dish with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the mashed mung beans and shredded coconut over the batter.
