Steps

  1. Wash the broccoli and cut it into bite-sized florets.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until they are tender yet still crisp.
