Steps
- Wash the broccoli and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until they are tender yet still crisp.
