- Cucumber - 1 small, julienned
- Carrot - 1 small, julienned
- Fresh mint leaves - 10 grams
- Fresh cilantro - 10 grams
- Crushed peanuts - 2 tablespoons
- Chili sauce (optional) - to taste
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, shallots, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and vegetable oil to create a marinade.
