- Chicken broth - 500 ml
- Coconut milk - 200 ml
- Eggs - 2 large
- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Tomatoes - 2 medium, diced
- Shallots - 2, minced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Spinach - 100 grams, fresh
- Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Cilantro - 30 grams, chopped
- Red chili - 1, sliced (optional)

Steps
- In a pot, heat a little oil over medium heat and sauté the minced shallots and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the diced tomatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer, then add the coconut milk and stir well.
- Add the crab meat, fish sauce, lime juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and slowly drizzle them into the hot soup while stirring gently to create egg ribbons.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and spinach to the pot, cooking just until the spinach wilts, about 2 minutes.
