- beef sirloin - 300 grams
- garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- fresh ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- sriracha sauce - 1 tablespoon
- sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- skewers - 4 pieces (soaked in water if wooden)
Steps
- Cut the beef sirloin into thin strips, about 1 cm wide.
- In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, sriracha sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and lime juice to create the marinade.
- Add the beef strips to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve the skewers hot, garnished with chopped cilantro and a side of extra sriracha sauce for dipping.
