- Cilantro - 1 cup
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large

Steps
- Slice the beef sirloin into thick, bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine minced lemongrass, garlic, shallots, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, and olive oil to create a marinade.
- Add the beef pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
