  • Fresh mint leaves - 1 cup

  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large
  • Chili sauce - for serving

Steps

  1. Slice the beef sirloin into thick, bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine minced lemongrass, garlic, shallots, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, and olive oil to create a marinade.
  3. Add the beef pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
