Steps
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped red chili, fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
