  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh coriander - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lettuce leaves - for serving

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped red chili, fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Once hot, grill the marinated beef slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
