  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Fresh cilantro - 30 grams, chopped
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Bell pepper - 1, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1, sliced
  • Lettuce leaves - 4, for serving

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine fish sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, olive oil, and lime juice. Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill or a grill pan on medium-high heat.
  3. While the grill is heating, prepare the vegetables by slicing the bell pepper and zucchini.
  4. Once the beef is marinated, thread the beef slices and bell pepper onto skewers, alternating them.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the beef is cooked to your liking.
