Steps
- In a bowl, combine fish sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, olive oil, and lime juice. Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or a grill pan on medium-high heat.
- While the grill is heating, prepare the vegetables by slicing the bell pepper and zucchini.
- Once the beef is marinated, thread the beef slices and bell pepper onto skewers, alternating them.
- Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the beef is cooked to your liking.
