- Fresh mint - 20 grams
Steps
- Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips and place them in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mash the fermented tofu and mix it with minced garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, lime juice, and olive oil to create the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the beef strips, ensuring they are well-coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
