- Fresh mint - 10 grams, chopped
- Fresh cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (optional)

Steps
- In a bowl, mix the squid with minced garlic, fish sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- While the squid is marinating, prepare the vegetables: spiralize the zucchini, julienne the carrot and cucumber, and chop the mint and cilantro.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated squid and cook for 3-4 minutes until the squid is opaque and cooked through.
- In a large serving bowl, combine the spiralized zucchini, julienned carrot, and cucumber. Toss with the cooked squid and add the chopped mint and cilantro.
