- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh mint leaves - 20 grams
- Cilantro - 20 grams
- Carrot - 1, julienned
- Cucumber - 1, julienned
- Peanuts - 30 grams, crushed
- Chili flakes - to taste
Steps
- Soak rice vermicelli noodles in hot water for 15 minutes until softened, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, chopped shallots, soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, lime juice, and vegetable oil to create a marinade.
- Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and marinate in the mixture for at least 10 minutes.
