  • Bean sprouts - 100 grams
  • Cucumber - 1, thinly sliced
  • Chili pepper - 1, sliced (optional)
  • Peanuts - 2 tablespoons, crushed (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, shallots, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and black pepper to create a marinade.
