- gluten-free burger buns - 2
- lettuce - 2 leaves
- tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- cucumber - 1/2, sliced
- fresh cilantro - a handful
- lime - 1, juiced
- mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- sriracha - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper. Mix well and form into two patties.
- Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
