  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large
  • Sliced cucumber - 100 grams
  • Sliced avocado - 1 medium
  • Chili sauce (sugar-free) - for serving
  • Lime - 1, cut into wedges
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, fish sauce, black pepper, and chopped cilantro. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into two patties, about 1.5 cm thick.
