- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Sliced cucumber - 100 grams
- Sliced avocado - 1 medium
- Chili sauce (sugar-free) - for serving
- Lime - 1, cut into wedges
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, fish sauce, black pepper, and chopped cilantro. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into two patties, about 1.5 cm thick.
