Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create a marinade.
- Place the sea bass fillets in a baking dish and pour half of the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
- In another bowl, combine the sliced red bell pepper, zucchini, and halved cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with the remaining marinade and toss to combine.
- Arrange the marinated vegetables around the sea bass in the baking dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flaky.
