- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Water - 100 milliliters
Steps
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the pot and stir well to coat them in the garlic oil.
- Pour in the water, and add salt and black pepper. Cover the pot and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender.
- Once the cauliflower is cooked, remove the lid and drizzle the lemon juice over the top.
- Gently toss the cauliflower to combine, then cook for an additional 2-3 minutes uncovered to allow excess moisture to evaporate.
- Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
