  • Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Water - 100 milliliters

Steps

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the pot and stir well to coat them in the garlic oil.

  5. Once the cauliflower is cooked, remove the lid and drizzle the lemon juice over the top.
  6. Gently toss the cauliflower to combine, then cook for an additional 2-3 minutes uncovered to allow excess moisture to evaporate.
  7. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
