Steps
- Peel and dice the celery root into small cubes.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and grated carrot, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the diced celery root, salt, and pepper, then mix well.
- Pour in the water and lemon juice, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Cover the pan and let it cook for about 25-30 minutes, or until the celery root is tender.
- Once cooked, stir in the fresh dill and adjust seasoning if necessary.
