  • Salt - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Peel and dice the celery root into small cubes.
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated carrot, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in the diced celery root, salt, and pepper, then mix well.
  5. Pour in the water and lemon juice, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  6. Cover the pan and let it cook for about 25-30 minutes, or until the celery root is tender.
  7. Once cooked, stir in the fresh dill and adjust seasoning if necessary.
