- Kalamata olives - 100 grams
- Feta cheese - 100 grams
- Extra virgin olive oil - 4 tablespoons (60 ml)
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and cucumber under cold water. Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
- Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into small, bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, bell pepper pieces, and Kalamata olives.
