  • Black olives - 150 grams, pitted and drained
  • Green olives - 50 grams, pitted and drained

  • Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the black and green olives.
  2. Add the minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and black pepper to the bowl.
  3. Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over the olive mixture.
