Ingredients

  • Plain yogurt - 200 grams

  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Wash and prepare all the vegetables: dice the cucumber, tomato, and red bell pepper; thinly slice the radish; and chop the green onion and parsley.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumber, tomato, radish, red bell pepper, green onion, and parsley.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the plain yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the yogurt dressing over the chopped vegetables and gently toss to coat everything evenly.
