Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 300 grams
  • Plain yogurt - 200 grams

  • Dried mint - 1 teaspoon

  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly and slice them into thin rounds or half-moons.
  2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the zucchini slices.
  3. Sauté the zucchini for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly golden. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. While the zucchini is cooking, peel and mince the garlic clove.
  5. In a bowl, combine the plain yogurt, minced garlic, dried mint, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth.
  6. Once the zucchini is cooked, remove it from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
  7. To serve, place the sautéed zucchini on a plate and drizzle the yogurt mixture over the top.
  8. Garnish with fresh dill if desired and serve warm or at room temperature.
