Steps

  1. Trim the ends of the green beans and rinse them under cold water.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the green beans to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
  5. Season the green beans with salt and pepper, then add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  6. In another skillet, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.

  8. Cook the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  9. Remove the fish from the skillet and drizzle with lemon juice.
