  • Cucumber - 1 medium
  • Red onion - 1 small
  • Fresh parsley - 30 grams
  • Lemon - 1 medium
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Begin by filleting the fresh fish and cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Boil a pot of water and add salt. Once boiling, add the fish pieces and cook for about 5 minutes until they are opaque and cooked through. Drain and set aside to cool.
  3. While the fish is cooling, chop the cherry tomatoes in half, dice the cucumber, and finely slice the red onion.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled fish, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and chopped parsley.
