  • Canned diced tomatoes - 400 grams
  • Tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and diced bell pepper to the skillet, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until softened.
