- Water - 500 ml

Steps
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
- Add the diced carrot and celery, cooking for another 5 minutes until softened.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add it to the pot, stirring until it starts to cook.
