Ingredients

  • Calamari - 300 grams, cleaned and cut into rings
  • Plain yogurt - 150 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cucumber - 1 small, grated
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Water - 100 ml

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the plain yogurt, minced garlic, grated cucumber, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Once the oil is hot, add the calamari rings to the skillet. Season with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the calamari is opaque and tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and let the calamari cool slightly.
