- Greek yogurt - 100 grams

- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into chunks
- Zucchini - 1 small, sliced
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, grated onion, cumin, paprika, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Add the cubed lamb shoulder to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Thread the marinated lamb onto skewers, alternating with bell pepper chunks, zucchini slices, and cherry tomatoes.
- Place the skewers on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and roast in the oven for about 1 hour, or until the lamb is tender and cooked through.
- Serve the Tandır Kebabı hot, garnished with fresh parsley, alongside a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
