Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved

Steps

  1. Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  2. In a pot of boiling salted water, blanch the broccoli for 3 minutes until vibrant green and tender-crisp, then drain and cool under cold water.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
