  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
  2. Add the cubed lamb to the marinade and mix well, ensuring all pieces are coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
