Ingredients
- Sucuk (Turkish sausage) - 200 grams
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into thick slices
- Green bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into thick slices
- Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced into rounds
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Lemon - 1, cut into wedges for serving
Steps
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Slice the sucuk into 1 cm thick pieces.
- In a bowl, toss the sliced vegetables (red bell pepper, green bell pepper, zucchini) with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Place the sucuk slices on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are nicely browned and cooked through.
- While the sucuk is grilling, add the seasoned vegetable slices to the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.
- Remove the sucuk and vegetables from the grill and arrange them on a serving plate.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
