Ingredients

  • Sucuk (Turkish sausage) - 200 grams
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into thick slices
  • Green bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into thick slices
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced into rounds
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Lemon - 1, cut into wedges for serving

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the sucuk into 1 cm thick pieces.
  3. In a bowl, toss the sliced vegetables (red bell pepper, green bell pepper, zucchini) with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  4. Place the sucuk slices on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are nicely browned and cooked through.
  5. While the sucuk is grilling, add the seasoned vegetable slices to the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.
  6. Remove the sucuk and vegetables from the grill and arrange them on a serving plate.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
