- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sumac - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 50 milliliters
Steps

- Grill the sucuk for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
