Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, black pepper, salt, egg, and bread crumbs. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs to the skillet, cooking in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
- Cook the meatballs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned on all sides and cooked through.
