Ingredients

  • Tahini - 100 grams
  • Powdered sugar - 75 grams
  • Water - 50 ml
  • Chopped walnuts - 50 grams
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. In a saucepan, combine the tahini, powdered sugar, water, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt over low heat.
  2. Stir continuously until the mixture is well combined and starts to thicken, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and fold in the chopped walnuts until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a small, greased dish or mold and spread it out evenly.
  5. Let it cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes before refrigerating for at least 1 hour to set.
  6. Once set, cut into squares and serve.
