Steps
- In a saucepan, combine the tahini, powdered sugar, water, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt over low heat.
- Stir continuously until the mixture is well combined and starts to thicken, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and fold in the chopped walnuts until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a small, greased dish or mold and spread it out evenly.
- Let it cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes before refrigerating for at least 1 hour to set.
