  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
  • Lettuce - 2 leaves
  • Yogurt - 100 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

  5. To assemble the burgers, place a cooked patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, and cucumber slices.
  6. Drizzle the yogurt sauce over the top and place the other half of the bun on top to complete the burger.
  7. Serve immediately with a side of salad or your choice of fries.
