- Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

- Black pepper - to taste
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
- Stir in the red pepper flakes and cook for an additional minute.
- Once the pasta is cooked, reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water and drain the rest.
- Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the garlic oil, tossing to coat well.
- If the pasta seems dry, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice, mixing well.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
