  • Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 150 grams

Steps

  1. Clean the squid by removing the innards and skin, then slice into rings.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced red bell pepper and zucchini to the skillet, cooking for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
  4. Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 3 minutes, allowing them to release their juices.
  5. Season the vegetables with salt, black pepper, and paprika, and mix well.
  6. Add the squid rings and shrimp to the skillet, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through and opaque.
  7. Remove from heat, stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice, adjusting seasoning if necessary.
