Steps

  1. In a saucepan, combine the strawberries, 100g sugar, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until the strawberries break down and the mixture thickens, about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Remove the strawberry jam from heat and let it cool. Repeat the same process for the blackberries and raspberries, making separate jams.
  3. Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.
  4. Arrange the three types of jam in small bowls on a serving platter.
  5. Place the toasted bread, mixed nuts, and seasonal fruits around the jam bowls.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an added touch of flavor.
