- Strawberries - 200 grams
- Raspberries - 100 grams
- Blueberries - 100 grams
- Sugar - 200 grams
- Lemon juice - 30 ml
- Water - 100 ml
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Mint leaves - for garnish
Steps
- Wash all the berries thoroughly and remove any stems or leaves.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water.
- Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the fruit is soft and the mixture thickens.
- Add the vanilla extract and stir well for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before transferring to sterilized jars.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
