Ingredients

  • Strawberries - 200 grams
  • Raspberries - 100 grams
  • Blueberries - 100 grams
  • Sugar - 200 grams
  • Lemon juice - 30 ml
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Mint leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Wash all the berries thoroughly and remove any stems or leaves.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water.
  3. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the fruit is soft and the mixture thickens.
  5. Add the vanilla extract and stir well for another 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before transferring to sterilized jars.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
