Ingredients

- Sugar - 150 grams
- Lemon juice - 20 ml
- Water - 100 ml
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Wash and chop the fresh fruit into small pieces, removing any pits or stems.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the chopped fruit, sugar, water, and lemon juice.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and the fruit breaks down.
- Add the vanilla extract and stir to combine, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before transferring to a clean jar.
- Allow the reçel to cool completely before sealing and storing in the refrigerator.
