- all-purpose flour - 50 grams
- granulated sugar - 100 grams
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- orange zest - 1 tablespoon
- orange juice - 100 milliliters
- water - 200 milliliters
- olive oil - 50 milliliters
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine semolina, flour, baking powder, and sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk together olive oil, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
