Ingredients

  • semolina - 100 grams
  • all-purpose flour - 50 grams
  • granulated sugar - 100 grams
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • orange zest - 1 tablespoon
  • orange juice - 100 milliliters
  • water - 200 milliliters
  • olive oil - 50 milliliters
  • vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine semolina, flour, baking powder, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together olive oil, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
