  • Cucumber - 1 medium, sliced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh mint leaves - 10 grams, chopped
  • Fresh parsley - 10 grams, chopped
  • Black olives - 50 grams
  • Walnuts - 30 grams, chopped
  • Sumac - 1 teaspoon
  • Pita bread - 2 pieces

Steps

  1. Prepare the almond feta cheese by crumbling it into a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, place the vegan labneh and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, mixing until creamy.
  3. Slice the cherry tomatoes and cucumber, and arrange them on a serving platter.
  4. Add the crumbled almond feta and vegan labneh to the platter alongside the sliced vegetables.
  5. Scatter the black olives and chopped walnuts over the top.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint and parsley, and sprinkle sumac over the entire dish.
