- Cumin - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Peel and cut the potatoes into thick slices, about 1.5 cm wide.
- In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the potato slices to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade.
- Chop the red bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion into large chunks and add them to the bowl. Toss again to coat.
- Thread the marinated potatoes and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between them for color and flavor.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and the vegetables are charred.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
