  • Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon - 1, cut into wedges

Steps

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into evenly sized cubes or wedges, about 1-2 cm thick.
  2. Rinse the cut potatoes under cold water to remove excess starch, then pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  4. Add the potatoes to the skillet in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Fry for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Remove from heat and transfer the potatoes to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
