Steps
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into evenly sized cubes or wedges, about 1-2 cm thick.
- Rinse the cut potatoes under cold water to remove excess starch, then pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the potatoes to the skillet in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Fry for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
